Step 1: Identify Anomalies
Using infrared drone cameras and thermal tuning software, our inspectors identify anomalous areas on a roofing system that indicate the presence of trapped moisture.

Step 2: Quantify Findings
Our inspectors utilize impedance hand scanners to identify areas within the anomalous regions to give the most accurate results to reflect the amount of moisture present, then proceed to probe the areas using conductive moisture probes. Each area is sealed after testing.

Step 3: Map Areas for Removal
This optional step is when we will go through the roof system and mark each region where moisture was detected so that the underlying insulation can be removed or vented, as needed.
